NEW PATIENT INTAKE CONSULTATION
One-on-one consultation with Dr. Rogers where you can ask in-depth questions to create the best solutions tailored to your specific needs. Includes x-rays, posture screen assessment, and exam.
CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS FOR RETURNING PATIENTS
These may include soft tissue work, physical therapy, adjusting, massage, stretching, taping, exercise training, posture/workplace ergonomics advice.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSION
One-on-one time with Dr. Rogers to help take you to your next level of yoga practice. Together you’ll identify and correct asymmetries to build strength and eliminate pain and inflammation. A few corrections can dramatically improve your bodies current state of inflammation. Making sure you’re moving correctly is the best way to make sure your body is healing correctly.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSION + ADJUSTMENT

PRIVATE TENNIS LESSON
Learn how to use your body to create easy power, improve stability and consistency to immediately improve your game. Learn sport specific stretches and exercises to help you stay healthy and injury-free!
PRIVATE NUTRITION CONSULTATION
Dr. Rogers will take an in-depth look at your diet and create a personalized plan to use the healing powers of food to reach your fitness goals, and to reduce pain and inflammation.
This is something he is very passionate about, because it was the key to finally healing his own chronic pain. If the inflammation never reduces, the symptoms never reduce.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
Whether it’s body weight, animal flow, weights, sports, yoga, or anything in between, your structural and muscular imbalances determines how prone you are to injury. Learn easy tips, stretches, exercises and other practices to help you progress safely towards your goals
WORKPLACE ERGONOMIC CONSULTATION
Feel like your job is the cause of your pain? Let’s go over your chair, computer position, foot and shoulder alignment. We recommend different shoes, low back supports, cushions and postures to get you feeling and performing better at work.
